Application : Kneading, Dispersing & Mixing for High Viscous material :

This machine comprises of a double 'U' shaped container welded and machined together inside which rotates two 'Z' shaped sigma blades in opposite directions. The clearances between the walls and the container are kept to a minimum to ensure maximum efficiency in kneading and mixing. The shafts of the sigma blades are fitted in bearing blocks which are each provided with roller bearings, steel glands/teflon rubber seals for smooth and leakless operations. The kneader is mounted on a sturdy base frame fabricated out of ISMC sections and are free from vibrations. For cooling and heating jackets are provided.

These types of machines are available in M.S. And S.S. construction. The kneader can be tilted by means of a mechanical system or manually and for bigger models beyond 250 Kgs we provided hydraulic tilting.

Hydraulic tilting system is provided with complete power pack, electric motor, pressure valves, pipes, fittings, cylinders and hoses which makes the tilting mechanism quick, easy and simple to operate.

Food Grade RIBBON BLENDER is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing of dry granules & powders homogeneously. Approximate two third of the volume of the container of Ribbon Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. The Ribbon Blender gives best result for mixing of dry powder & granules due to the design and shape of the mixing ribbon and product container. It can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc. Material should be charge from the top side. There are port/ports should be provided on the top cover to charge the material as well as for air vent. One discharge valve provided at the bottom side at center of the container. The discharge height could be adjust as per the requirement, so that material gets discharge in the other container directly, so that material handling time for discharge is nil and the operation is dust free

In Ribbon Blender the powder moves from center to the end of container and end of container to the center of container. Hence requirement of total mixing time is very less and the RPM required are also very less. The dry material gets sufficient continuous movement due to the shape & movement of ribbon & shape of the container. Which moves material for good quality of blending? The unit is consist of one electrical motor, one worm reduction gear, belt drive between motor and gear, couple drive between gear to ( ribbon ) mixing stirrer. Container having four nos. of legs with discharge valve & top cover. Both end of mixing shaft is sealed with bush & PTFE gland housing & safety guards are provided on all moving parts.

Process Operation:

The direction of liquid flow is pumped through the central channel of the cartridge from the bottom of the body. Suspended particles are retained on the filter media resting on the filter plates, clean filtrates emerges out from the side holes of the plates in the tank and comes out from the bottom outlet. Filter tank wall does not come in the contact of the liquids, hence remains clean. Cake filtrates and solids remain completely within the fully closed filter plate cartridge. Complete recovery of the filtrate is possible by passing air or inert gas through the bottom inlet to dry the cake and get clean empty tank.

Process Operation

 

 

Fluid Bed Dryer is designed to introduce the hot air stream at the base of the product container which is filled with the material. Induced draught is created by means of blower and fresh air is sucked in to the unit. The fresh air is heat by means of electrical heaters or steam or thermic fluid heaters. This hot air stream expands the bed of material at certain velocity & creating turbulence in the product. The phenomenon is known as fluidisation and offer conditions which are almost ideal for drying. Fluidisation produces full agitation of solid particles and since each particle gets surrounded by hot air, heat transfer is extremely high and uniform. The product is dried fast without appreciable loss of heat. Filter bags prevent particles escaping from the dryer.

Product Details:

Vibro Sifter are circular gyratory screens used to separate solids from solids and liquid from solid. Vibro Sifter consists of Specially Designed Motor mounted vertically at the center of the base plate of the Screen. The Screen is in between feeding hopper and bowl. The material is fed on to the centre of top screen. The undersize material passes rapidly through the screen during its travel to the periphery. The over size material get continuously discharged through a tangential outlet. This is achieved by specially designed Vibratory Motor along with eccentric Top and Bottom Weight.

Working Principle:-

The top weight on the motor shaft rotates in a plane close to the centre of the mass of assembly. Rotation of the top eccentric weights creates vibration in the horizontal plane which causes material to move across the screen cloth to periphery increasing the horizontal throw, causing oversize material to discharge at a faster rate.
The bottom eccentric weight rotates below the centre of mass creating tilt on the screen giving vibration in vertical and tangential plane. Increasing the vertical component of motion, this promotes turn over of material on the screen surface helping maximum quantity of undersize material to pass through the screen. Rugged Springs placed over the circular motor base amplifies the vibration

Alkyd resins are of two types, drying and nondrying. They are the dominant resin or "binder" in most commercial "oil-based" coatings. An alkyd is a polyester modified by the addition of fatty acids and other components. The inclusion of the fatty acid confers a tendency to form flexible coating. Alkyds are used in paints and in molds for casting. Higher quality higher performance alkyds are produced in the fatty acid process where the composition of the resulting resin can be more precisely controlled. Alkyd coatings are produced in two processes; fatty acid process and the alcoholysis or glyceride process.

More economical alkyd resins are produced from the alcoholysis or glyceride process where end product quality control is not as paramount. In this process raw vegetable oil, high in unsaturated component, is combined with additional polyol and heated to cause trans-esterification of the triglycerides into a mixture of mono- and diglyceride oils.
