Multijet Ampoule Washer is a simple, compact, versatile and a reliable ampoule & vial Washing machine, with the latest GMP demand. The machine is enclosed in stainless steel construction with flexibility to wash 1ml to 20ml ampoules and 2ml to 100ml glass vials with the help of suitable change parts. The standard unit is having mechanical motorized cam operated valve system for observing total six washing in one cycle. Alternatively timer operated solenoid valve system or microprocessor controlled timer sequences can be in-corporate upon specific customer request. Multijet Ampoule & Vial Washing Machine is widely use in medium & small scale injectable organizations.

Rotary Ampoule Washing Machine is specially designed to wash Ampoule with minimum contact of machine parts with Ampoules. Machine with specially designed Gripper system holds the Ampoule from Neck and invert the Ampoule till the washing operation completed and again after washing release the Ampoule on outfeed feedworm system in vertical position ensures positive wash of Ampoules. Machine is suitable to wash 1ml to 10 ml Ampoules with the help of change parts, Ampoule feeds through feedworm to infeed Star Wheel and specially designed Gripper hold the Ampoule from neck and invert the Ampoule and move it further on rotary moving system for washing process.
